Vision
To utilize the HGMDI to develop a multiplicity of dynamic ministries that will impact the lives of Christians and non-Christians worldwide.
Mission
The HGMDI's purpose is to equip, educate, empower, and employ all believers to their God-given mandate for kingdom destiny. To fulfill the 5th area in the five-fold purpose area for our church (Missions, Magnify, Membership, Maturity,and Ministry).
The HGMDI classes fall in five categories:
Ministry Application Class- This class is a prerequisite for New Members and Transfer Members before registering for other HGMDI Classes.
1. Spirituality- These classes are designed to equip leaders with the spiritual tools necessary to fulfill their kingdom destiny.
2. Ministry-These classes are designed to educate leaders in various areas of minstery in order to prepare them for the fulfillment of their kingdom destiny.
3. Technology- These classes are designed to prepare leaders to use the multiplicity of technological tools available for ministry in the new millennium .
4. Bible Knowledge- These classes are designed to challenge leaders to increase their knowledge in the various subjects found in scripture.
5. Financial- These classes are designed to enlighten leaders to both the Natural and Biblical principles of stewardship.
The duration of each class is eight weeks, these eight weeks include seven weeks of teaching with a test in the eighth week. Students are required to complete each class with a passing grade of 80% or greater. Classes are one day a week (Sunday Mornings) one hour a day (10:30-11:30 a.m.)
